Our Story
GIERF (Global Institute of Education and Research Foundation) Registered Under The Trust act 1982, N.C.T. Government of India. Founded in the year 2014, offered workforce solutions which enabled both the companies and individuals to advance and transform in this highly demanding and constantly changing business environment.
Building an outstanding organization that attracts and nurtures high-caliber professionals by providing growth opportunities to all team members and by encouraging performance. Creating lasting relationships with our business partners by ensuring alignment of objectives and business practices. Further, the organisation provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives.
GIERF in its Skill Building Program aims to achieve
- Industry specific skill building training and employability options for the candidates.
- Promote Skill Development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions.
- Focusing on skill building programmes for the rural youth.
- Partnering with PSUs & PIAs to impart skill training and contribute towards the “Skilled India” mission.
- GIERF has a vision to be the top provider of training services and play a key role in providing skilled workforce.

GIERF was set up as part of a National Skill Development Mission to fulfill the growing need in India for skilled manpower across sectors and narrow the existing gap between the demand and supply of skills.
- Upgrade skills to international standards through significant industry involvement and develop necessary frameworks for standards, curriculum and quality assurance.
- Enhance, support and coordinate private sector initiatives for skill development through appropriate Public-Private Partnership ( PPP ) models; strive for significant operational and financial involvement from private sector.
- Play the role of a ‘market-maker’ by bringing funds, particularly in sectors where market mechanisms are ineffective or missing.
- Prioritise initiatives that can have a multiplier or catalytic effect as opposed to one-off impact.
To contribute significantly to the overall target of skilling up of people in India, mainly by fostering private sector initiatives in skill development programmes and to provide funding.
